Nesplon 6 rapid valves are designed to be installed upstream of welding torches and grips; they’re fitted with flame arrestors and gas check valves.They can be used with comburent gas (oxygen) and fuel gas.Nesplon 6 rapid valves have a EN 561 standard or KOIKE compatible profile. They are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, with a cheaper brass version also available.The G3/8″ F threaded nut on the outlet has a right-hand thread for oxygen and a left-hand thread for fuel gases.We recommend replacing the Nesplon 6 valves in the case of a flashback, after 5 years from the date of installation and in any case after the time limit of 5 years plus 1 from the manufacturing date on the valve.
