The JOKER module without pressure regulators is used to distribute fuel gas (acetylene, methane or propane) and comburent gas (oxygen) to end utilities for welding, cutting or straightening.The JOKER consists of two units: the gas unit and the oxygen unit with a manifold that has a ball valve with a metal filter on the inlet, and six outlets, each of which has a shutoff ball valve and a NESPLON/7 safety valve to prevent flashback and reverse gas flow.Thanks to its compact and lightweight design the JOKER can easily be transported and installed also on the bridges of ships or inside the hull. The hooks on the module can be used to hang it from a suitable supporting structure.The module can be supplied directly from fixed pipes or tank batteries.Several modules can be installed in a chain, and in these cases we recommend installing a NESPLON/24 safety valve between one JOKER module and the next.The JOKER is available in various color versions both for the comburent gas (blue or white) and the fuel gas (brown, red, yellow and orange).We recommend installing type EN 561 quick-fit connections and Excess flow valves at the outlet of the module; BH130 quick-fit connections are recommended at the inlet.
